Brandon Meder

Brandon joined Standard Title in November of 2021 as underwriting counsel. He and his family moved to the Raleigh area from Minneapolis, MN in 2021, where he worked as a real estate advisor/agent for 8 years, the last 5 of which were with the luxury firm, Engel & Völkers. Brandon created a specialized real estate practice working largely with investors. He assisted his clients not just with the purchase and sale of real estate assets, but with raising investment capital, procuring debt financing, creating JV's and managing escrow. He also worked as project manager, which included design, construction, contract drafting and title matters. Prior to working in real estate, Brandon worked as an attorney, where he handled a number of different legal issues including matters of title to foreclosure actions, to investment partner disputes and administrative law matters.

Brandon is a graduate of The University of St. Thomas in Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN for both his undergraduate degree as well as his law degree. Prior to Brandon's legal training, he was a PGA Golf Professional working at Torrey Pines in La Jolla, CA. When he's not at Standard Title, you can find him spending time with his wife, three young kids, and two dogs. If not with them, you'll likely find him on a golf course.
